About Me
I help people build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their bodies through inclusive fitness coaching that honours both emotional insight and physical strength.
I live in Whitstable, Kent and am married with two beautiful daughters. I take pride in my work and in an industry where anyone can put on a tracksuit and call themselves a personal trainer I take my own training and professional development seriously.
As a personal trainer and fitness yoga instructor with over 13 years experience, I have come to understand that our relationship with fitness, and with our own bodies can be deeply complex. It’s rarely just about exercise; it’s about how we see ourselves, what we believe we deserve, and the stories we’ve absorbed over a lifetime. That's why I approach fitness holistically, combining flexibility & suppleness with traditional strength and aerobic training, with space for reflection, conversation, and care.
In addition to my fitness qualifications, I hold a Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Skills and am currently continuing my training in therapeutic counselling. This means I offer more than just physical coaching, I bring a listening ear and a deeper understanding of the emotional side of well-being.
Whether we’re lifting weights, out for a run, or simply walking and talking in the fresh air, I create space for honest conversation. By listening with care, I help clients explore the deeper layers of their self-image, motivations, and personal goals.
My mission is to guide each person toward sustainable physical and emotional wellness, rooted not in striving for perfection or changing their body to fit a mould, but in self-acceptance, self-respect, and a renewed connection to their inner strength.
I believe that wellness is our birthright, and that by shifting the focus from appearance to self-value, we can reclaim fitness as a joyful, empowering part of life.
I create a supportive, inclusive space based on kindness, encouragement and humour, where clients of all abilities and experience can move, breathe, and grow on their own terms.
