I live in Whitstable, Kent and am married with two beautiful daughters. I take pride in my work and in an industry where anyone can put on a tracksuit and call themselves a personal trainer I take my own training and professional development seriously. I listen to and watch my clients carefully and do my best to respond with the right balance of hard work, encouragement and sensitivity; continually adapting their programme to their changing needs. Transforming lives with a rigorous fitness programme involves hard work and commitment but ultimately it has to be enjoyable too; if it's not it won't last. I want my clients to feel they have worked hard but to walk away with a smile on their face.
